My main goal in the classroom is not to cover certain material during a semester but to let my students make their own connections and discoveries based on both the information I present and their own exploration, experience, and discussion. I view the students as fellow scholars. I encourage them to rigorously examine economic, political, and organizational contexts and systems and the role the students as individuals play within them.
